Snap Choice has two types of users, and different rules apply to each.

Creators

Creators sign in with a Google account and upload photos to create a voting poll. By signing in you agree to these Terms in full. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

Voters

Voters visit a shared link and cast votes without needing an account. By voting you accept these Terms to the extent they apply to voters (vote integrity, prohibited behaviour, and age restrictions). You must be 13 or older to use this service.

By uploading photos you confirm that:

• ·You own the photos or hold a licence that permits you to share them publicly.
• ·The photos do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• ·You have the consent of any identifiable people who appear in the photos.
• ·The photos are not subject to any confidentiality obligation.

You retain ownership of your photos. You grant Snap Choice a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and generate thumbnails of your photos solely for the purpose of running your poll. This licence ends when you delete your gallery or account.

Prohibited content

• ·Nudity, sexual content, or anything that sexualises minors — zero tolerance, reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
• ·Graphic violence, gore, or content designed to shock or disturb.
• ·Photos of identifiable people uploaded without their consent.
• ·Content that harasses, threatens, or targets individuals.
• ·Copyrighted material you do not have rights to share.
• ·Any content that is illegal in England & Wales.

Poll results are advisory and for entertainment purposes only. They have no legal, contractual, or binding significance of any kind.

Vote integrity

• ·You may not use bots, scripts, proxies, VPNs, or any automated means to cast votes.
• ·You may not solicit votes through paid services, vote exchange schemes, or coordinated manipulation.
• ·One vote per photo per person — we enforce this via browser session and hashed IP.
• ·Attempts to manipulate results may result in your votes being discarded and your access revoked.

• ·Polls automatically expire 48 hours after creation and can no longer be voted on after that point.
• ·When you delete a gallery: all photos (originals and thumbnails) are permanently deleted from storage, all vote records for that gallery are deleted from the database, and the share link immediately becomes inactive.
• ·When you delete your account: everything above applies to all your galleries simultaneously, plus your login credentials and profile data are erased.
• ·Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Download any photos you want to keep before deleting.
• ·We may remove content at our discretion if it violates these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• ·Upload prohibited content (see above).
• ·Attempt to manipulate votes or abuse the platform.
• ·Repeatedly violate these Terms.
• ·Use the service in a way that harms other users or Snap Choice.

You may delete your account at any time from the My Galleries page.

Snap Choice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ·We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.
• ·We are not responsible for content uploaded by users.
• ·We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free.
• ·Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Snap Choice after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
